Saigon Kingdom gets a makeoverby Steamer Wharf

We are very excited to announce the stunning new refit of Steamer Wharf’s Vietnamese offering Saigon Kingdom. Re-opening the doors yesterday the ever popular Queenstown restaurant was closed for just two weeks, during which the entire staff and owners Danny and Julie went on holiday, and the transformation was swift and pretty incredible! The talented Steve Rosling of Element 17 is the creative genius behind the new look. He and his team of clever scenic artists came in and performed their miracles giving the space a new lush and layered contemporary Asian look with hand-rendered walls, murals and colourful graphic posters. Bamboo, bird cages, parasols, draping greenery and faux flowers add to the exotic feel and as Rosling says “Its an interior you really need to experience with a cocktail in hand or a bowl of hot aromatic noodles.”

So get along to Saigon Kingdom this LUMA weekend, the food is as amazing as ever and the staff are super friendly and bursting with enthusiasm in their cool new surroundings.
