Specialising in seafood that is sourced locally and sustainably caught, the menu heralds dishes such as Whole baked Southern Sole, Chargrilled Steward Island Salmon and Pan fired Turbot with braised fennel and citrus dressing.
There is also a tempting array of main dishes featuring prime cuts of New Zealand beef and lamb.
The knowledgeable staff will direct you to a perfect accompaniment from their handpicked wine list, featuring the Pinot Noirs of Central Otago. Of course you also can’t go wrong with a cold beer and a plate of Finz famous crispy beer battered fish and chips.
